Step 1: Complimentary Intro Session


During this complimentary 1-hour semi-private session, a CrossFit coach will introduce you to the concepts and methodology of CrossFit training, in addition to coaching you through a CrossFit workout. Not only does this session give you a taste of what to expect at Ross Valley CrossFit, but it is also an opportunity for us to learn more about your fitness goals. Obligation-free, the Complimentary Introduction Session is informative and fun.

Step 2: The Intro Month Package


After completing Step 1, you’ll have the opportunity to explore the next level of Ross Valley CrossFit training through participating in an Intro Month.

Consisting of 30 days of unlimited group classes, in addition to a 30 minute nutrition consultation, the Intro Month will expose you to the 9 foundational movements of CrossFit training, in addition to other skills. You will get plenty of time to get to know the coaches and athletes that make up our community, and will undoubtedly have a lot of fun. Most importantly, you will garner a basic foundation from which to determine if CrossFit is the right fit for you at this time. Step 2 is exciting and educational, perfect for preparing you for Step 3.
